Text from 2 Cells merging to another...Help

I need to take data from 2 cells and bring them together in another

Ex:
cell A1 has STATION as text (general format) and cell B1 has OFFSET as text
(general format) and I would like to bring them together in cell C1 in this
format

STATION AND OFFSET

note the word AND appears between them

You could try using the Concatenate function. It works for me.
