Showing top ten and then "others" in a pivot table
I am able to show the top ten of a group of salespeople in my pivot table and
get their totals. Is there a way I can also show "all others" and their totals within the same pivot table? |

How about not using the top ten function and sorting by whatever field you're
using to determine your top ten. Then group all of the non-top-ten folks and name them "All Others". From there you can remove the now unnecessary field with all the names in it. I hope that works!
