Showing top ten and then "others" in a pivot table

I am able to show the top ten of a group of salespeople in my pivot table and
get their totals. Is there a way I can also show "all others" and their
totals within the same pivot table?

How about not using the top ten function and sorting by whatever field you're
using to determine your top ten. Then group all of the non-top-ten folks and
name them "All Others". From there you can remove the now unnecessary field
with all the names in it.

I hope that works!
