Default Dorp-Down Formatting

the items on my source list for a dropdown box each have their own different
and required formatting. When i select these items from the dropdown box,
all I get is the data, and no formatting. Is there any way to bring the
formatting with the data when selecting from a dropdown?

also, I can't use conditional formatting because the list has morethan 3
options, and excel only lets me have 3 conditions.

Thanks!!
