One way to highlight using Conditional Formatting ..
Assuming your dates are running in A1 down Select col A (A1 active) Click Format Conditional Formatting Under Condition 1, make the settings as: Formula is: =AND(A1=--"12-Jan-2007",A1<=--"5-May-2007") Click Format Patterns tab Blue?
