How can I calculate the R and P values together
To calculate r, use either the CORREL or PEARSON functions. They are
mathematically equivalent, but in Excel versions prior to 2003, CORREL is preferred because it uses a numerically better algorithm (that is also used by PEARSON in Excel 2003 and later). To calculate a p-value (you didn't specify what hypothesis you want to test), you can use the fact that the distribution of FISHER(r) is approximately NORMDIST(,FISHER(rho),1/SQRT(n-3),), where rho is the true correlation.
