Copy an XCEL sheet?

I have a sheet set up which I use quite frequently. How can I copy a sheet
so that all cells are copied ( comments and formulas) but the data I have
entered in the old sheet is not copied. I want the format and formulas
copied but not the data which has been entered into the old sheet.

And an easy way to delete your data is to hit the F5 key to bring up the goto
dialog box, click on Special, then check constants and uncheck all options
except numbers and text, then click OK. All of your input data should be
selected so just hit delete then 'save as' Blank Master or whatever.
Depending on how your sheet is set up you may want to uncheck text as well
or you will lose headers and titles etc.

Your better off deleting the data in one of your old documents and then
rename workbook as XCEL_BLANK.xls

Then when you need a new Workbook just open up the XCEL_BLANK.xls and before
using save as NewXCEL.xls

That should do it
