changing data entries
Hello:
I have created a spread sheet based on year as the file folder, month as the workbook, day/date as the work sheet. with-in these parameters the worksheets in lay out are identical. If I need to make a change to a column or row heading, is there a way I can do this and have applied to all worksheets at the same time, without having to do it 365 time. also, is the a year fun ction that i can set yp that would automatically make the appropiate changes in day and date on the worksheets? thanks in advance |

For the first part, try "Grouping" your worksheets. Select the first worksheet and hold down "shift" and select the last one. What you do on one will been done on all grouped sheets. Be sure to "Ungroup" when you are finished making your adjustments.
