Selected Outlook contacts to excel

I would like to copy my contacts from Outlook for one particular Category and
put them in Excel. When I paste in Excel, I get a formatting problem. How
can I fix this?

Why not copy them to a temporary Contacts folder in Outlook and then
export to an xls file?
