I hear the text or numbers come out of my speakers when I hit enter. Is this
something that I turned on or is it always a running function of Excel? If
this is always running, should this also work in other Office Programs?

View Toolbars and check the Text to Speak toolbar

then either set or clear the
Speak On Enter button

I am not seeing ViewToolbars in Excel 2007. Where is this change made here?
