calculation speed of Excel 2003 and Excel 2000
 

I have an Excel spreadsheet at arround 38mb, not that big.
I found it can run very well, take 20 seconds to calculate
but as long as it is on Excel 2003, it died immdiately
Can anybody explain why and suggest how to fix it in 2003?
