Paste Link Worksheets

I have a workbook with 40 worksheets, all individual work calendars for my
employees.
My last 41st worksheet is a summary of their work schedules, I go through
their calendars individualy and manualy count and enter who's working on
certain days, off, vacation, etc.
I know I can use the paste link function to do this for me instead of
manualy but the problem that I am having is that the calendars and my last
worksheet have different formats. Dont know how to paste link. Anyone willing
to look at for me?
