Change cell colour
 

I want to change the colour of individual cells according to certain criteria.
Conditional formatting is ideal but it will only allow me 3 conditions - I
need 16!

Sounds like you're going to need some VBA for this ... specifically,
some kind of 'Select Case' coding ...
