Graph standardized values

I need to standardize a multitude of graphs so they can be compared.
The time in minutes (Length) along the vertical axis and the time of
day (Oper. Starts) along the horizontal axis should be constant/same
for all graphs and the values plotted against those set numbers. In
this case data points are from 8:00 to 13:00 and values are from 0 to
5 minutes. Is it possible to have all the tables for different days of
equal length? How?

Oper. Starts Length
8:09:20 02:10
8:50:30 01:47
8:54:32 01:36
8:54:56 01:47
8:58:36 01:36
9:17:25 01:12
9:58:00 03:22
10:30:12 01:39
11:03:25 02:16
11:39:40 01:38
11:53:15 02:50
11:55:48 02:01
12:08:21 01:39

1. Use XY charts
2. In each chart, double click the X axis, and on the Scale tab, enter 8:00
for min, 13:00 for max, and 1:00 or 0:30 for major unit.
Hint: Do one chart's X axis, select the next chart's X axis and press F4 to
repeat, and do this for each subsequent chart.
3. In each chart, double click the Y axis, and on the Scale tab, enter 0 for
min, 0:05 for max, and 0:01 or 0:0:30 for major unit.
Hint: Do one chart's Y axis, select the next chart's Y axis and press F4 to
repeat, and do this for each subsequent chart.

I should note that in Excel 2007, the ability to enter XY chart axis
parameters in date and time format is not working. This bug has been
reported and they're considering it for a future fix.
