Convert Excel 2002 file to .pdf
Since many of the people I have to send my Excel 2002 files (and Word docs
also) do not have Excel, I would like to send as a pdf. Is there a reliable add-on or even Microsoft upgrade available? I tried Print to a file -nope --and have been wandering thru Microsoft.com and getting MORE confused. -- thanks, k |

Karen
I have had success with the free file downloads and instructions for use here at Dale Nurden's site. http://www.rcis.co.za/dale/info/pdfguide.htm Saves first to single *.ps file which is then converted to *.pdf Returns one PDF file from multiple sheets. See also David McRitchie's site for alternatives to the above. http://www.mvps.org/dmcritchie/excel/pdf.htm Gord Dibben MS Excel MVP On Wed, 21 Mar 2007 08:36:36 -0700, Karen wrote: Since many of the people I have to send my Excel 2002 files (and Word docs also) do not have Excel, I would like to send as a pdf.
