Since many of the people I have to send my Excel 2002 files (and Word docs
also) do not have Excel, I would like to send as a pdf. Is there a reliable
add-on or even Microsoft upgrade available?

I tried Print to a file -nope --and have been wandering thru Microsoft.com
and getting MORE confused.

thanks, k

Why not send your clients a copy of Excel Viewer?

Here is a free .pdf converter. That will do it.

I use a free program that installs a printer driver:

http://www.primopdf.com

I find it very simple to use.

I have had success with the free file downloads and instructions for use here
at Dale Nurden's site.

http://www.rcis.co.za/dale/info/pdfguide.htm

Saves first to single *.ps file which is then converted to *.pdf

Returns one PDF file from multiple sheets.

See also David McRitchie's site for alternatives to the above.
