Tracking changes when option changes after save
 

Under tools, track changes, highlight changes, I put the when = to all.
I make the changes and then save, close. When I open the spreadsheet
The when has changed to since I saved last. I have to change it back to
all to see the highlighted changes. Is there a way to make the when = to all
stay/lock until it is manually changed?
