Default printing partial worksheet

I have a worksheet where I add information everyday, and I would like to
print off these sheets, but every time I try to print, I end up printing the
whole worksheet instead of just the info that is filled in. Is there a way
to filter this or is there some other way? Will I be able to do this in this
worksheet format, or am I going to have to do something else?

I probably have not been clear enough. I would like to print the worksheet
from
Jan. 1 Hello to all and thanks in advance, up to the present day, but when I
try to print, I print the whole worksheet. Is there a way around this? And
if possible, would I be able to print off just the information for the month
from the 1st to the present?

Without knowing much about your worksheet, how about just selecting the range
you want to print, then File|print.

You can choose to print just the selection (lower right corner of that dialog).

Default printing partial worksheet

I am working with Excel 2003 and would like to not have to cut and paste, but
if that is the only way, then so be it. I was just looking for an easier way.

I never mentioned cut and paste.

Just select your range and print that selection.

Dave didn't mention anything about copy/pasting.

Select the data you want to print, then select print from the file menu.
You can also set the print area from the file menu, but then every time you
go to print, you'll need to set a new print area. Dave's way is much simpler
than any other way I can think of offhand.

Answer: Print using Custom View.

Do the following:

1. Select a range of cells.
2. On the View menu, click Custom Views.
3. In the Views box, click the name of the view
(view: A set of display and print settings that you can name and apply
to a
workbook. You can create more than one view of the same workbook without
saving separate copies of the workbook.) you want to print.
4. Click Show.
The range of cells will be shown as selected
5. Click Print.
6. Under Print What, click Selection
7. Click OK.

Note: You craete as many Custom View as possible, and print only those
views. Most important thing is you must select the range and during print you
must select Selection option. You can chage the Page sige before printing.
