File is too BIG
 

I generate a file from either my Account software (quickbooks) or quotation
software (lotus notes) and it gives me a 40-45 MB file? How can i reduce this
to email size?

On Office 2003 - it was only a 1 or 2MB file

File is too BIG
 

If you want to make a file size smaller either (1) compress it with a utility
like WinZip or (2) don't extract as much data.
