Using office 2003 and want to insert the names of all my staff members in my
organisation and I don't know if one spreadsheet will be enough |

In XL2003 there are 65,536 rows 256 columns so the total number of individual cells is 16,777,216 Happy typing<vbg -- Regards Roger Govier "Curious" wrote in message ... 65536 rows by 256 cols per sheet. With names entered in A2 down, think there

.... but if that isn't enough, Excel 2007 has 1048576 rows by 16384 columns.
