How do I unlock arrow keys in excel?

I can only move in Excel one cell at a time when I hold down the arrow keys.
How can I unlock the arrow keys so I can scroll across the page? I have
Excel 2003.

Thank you, Ed.

I'm not sure you can.

But you could toggle a setting so that you could use the Tab key.

Tools|Options|Transition tab
Check that Transition navigation keys

But you may find this more irritating. Try using the home key to see one
behavior change.
