Number add-in warning comes up when opening files

My company uses Microsoft Excel 2000's purchase order template with built-in
macros. I recently removed and reloaded Microsoft Office 2000 onto a
particular computer. Now when I open up a past purchase order, a warning
comes up that I've never seen before on any other office computer. It says
"the numbering add-in must be loaded for optimal numbering and toolbar
behavior. Please load this add-in into your Library directory." I have no
idea what this warning means and how to correct it. Does anyone know how to
fix this?

Number add-in warning comes up when opening files

Excel is looking for the Template Utilities add-in TMPLTNUM.XLA

Should be in your Office\Library folder and loaded through ToolsAdd-ins

If not, you may have to go to Add/Remove programs and make changes to your
Office installation and make sure all add-ins are installed.

If you can't find or install the add-in go here and download the TMPLTNUM.XLA
