The document is corrupt
 

In this morning I try to open my file in Excel. But it can't opened.
My comp said : The document is corrupt and can't be opened. To try and
repair it, use the open and repair command in the open dialog (File Menu) and
select extract data when prmpted.

So.. what must I do..??
