Excel Question

I have Vista and I have to send an excel file to a person that has xp. I
saved my file as a vista file and i cannot find Save As or some other method
to change the type of file that I saved it in.

Excel Question

It's not a question of what operating system you have. It's a question of what
version of excel you and the other person use.

Do you mean that you use xl2007 and the other person uses xl2002?

Or what??

Excel Question

Check with him first to verify, but can you save it as a new workbook in that
older format?

Excel Question

You can save an Excel file in the "old" format which other with XL 97 to
2003 can open
OR
They can install a compatibility untility from Microsoft which will open XL
2007 files. See
