person name smart tag
 

When I type a name in Excel, it is not recognized as a smart tag even though
the "Label data with smart tags" check box is turned on and the "Person Name"
option is selected. As well, the person's name that I am typing in my
spreadsheet is someone whom I sent an email to this morning (I realize that
the Person Name smart tag only works with people who have been recently
e-mailed). Any suggestions would be most appreciated.
