Theme Colors are horrible!
 

These theme colors in Excel 2007 are horrible! Why in gods green earth would
they do that to excel, and to top it off they don't even make the standard
color palette from previous versions of excel available, how in the heck are
we supposed to use this across a network of shared workbooks when all the
systems aren't running the new version of excel????
