Make sure you have the Analysis Toolpack add-in enabled. Tools-Add-Ins, make sure "Analysis ToolPack" is checked. Then, search the help for the WORKDAY() function. Syntax is =WORKDAY(start_date, days, holidays) days is the number of noonweekend and nonholiday days before or after start_date. holidays is an optional list of dates to exclue from the working calendar.
