Changing location of comment when hovering over cell
I know the location of the comment can be controlled when you 'view' or
'edit' it, but is there a way to control where the comment appears when you just hover over the cell (i.e., move the cursor over the cell)? Thanks. |

No, you can't control the position of the popup comment.

Thank you. Do you know of any other mechanism that will allow the display of
a message, in the location of my choice, when the cursor is placed over the cell (not selected)?
