Changing location of comment when hovering over cell
 

I know the location of the comment can be controlled when you 'view' or
'edit' it, but is there a way to control where the comment appears when you
just hover over the cell (i.e., move the cursor over the cell)? Thanks.

No, you can't control the position of the popup comment.

Thank you. Do you know of any other mechanism that will allow the display of
a message, in the location of my choice, when the cursor is placed over the
cell (not selected)?
