Copying a graph with IPA symbolos to Word

Hello

I have made a graph in Microsoft Excel 2000 that includes symbols from the
IPA, but when i copy and paste this into Word they just come up as squares.

I have a unicode font installed so i dont know why this is happening.

Can anyone help?
