Moving a pie chart in excel blacking everything out
 

When I try and move a chart the entire screen goes black, when I quit
dragging everything comes back but I can't tell if i'm moving it to the right
area when I can't see where i'm moving. Any help to have it stop blacking out
the screen would be very helpful.
