How do I make a small desktop calculator

I would like to make a job specific calculator/converter to keep on my
desktop, but I do not want the full excel spread sheet to show. When I adjust
individually then all spreadsheets show up at the small size. I do not want
that either. Is this a possible function?

Thanks

Run a separate, second instance of Excel (start it with the Start button). Put your
calculator in that Excel window and size as you want. Open other Excel workbooks in the
first instance of Excel, full sized.
