Printing non-adjacent columns

Hi

I have approx. 30 columns but I only want to print non-
adjacent ones for example. Column B, E-G, K and P.

I have tried setting print area but that will give me one
column on one page.

Can this be done on the same page??

Thanks in advance

Ann

Kerry

Try hiding the columns that you don't want to print.

Hi Ann-

Just to expand on Kerry's reply, if this is something you need to do
repeatedly, you may want to look into the following features:

1) DataGroup and Outline
2) ViewCustom Views

Using either or both can save a lot of time for viewing as well as
printing... and you don't need to get involved with macros.

Hope this is useful |:)
