Printing non-adjacent columns
Hi
I have approx. 30 columns but I only want to print non- adjacent ones for example. Column B, E-G, K and P. I have tried setting print area but that will give me one column on one page. Can this be done on the same page?? Thanks in advance Ann |
Try hiding the columns that you don't want to print.

Hi Ann-
Just to expand on Kerry's reply, if this is something you need to do repeatedly, you may want to look into the following features: 1) DataGroup and Outline 2) ViewCustom Views Using either or both can save a lot of time for viewing as well as printing... and you don't need to get involved with macros. Hope this is useful |:) "Ann Shaw" wrote: Hi I have approx. 30 columns but I only want to print non- adjacent ones for example. Column B, E-G, K and P.
