Default how do you ignore blank cells

I am trying to write a formula that results in the earliest date but a blank
cell results in a 0.
=MIN('1Jan-9Jan'!R196,'10Jan-16Jan'!R196,'17Jan-23Jan'!R196)
What do I need to do to this formula to ignore blank cells
