Yes if you have a printer capable of handling 2' x 8' paper.

IIRC you can do this sort of thing even if you don't have a printer that
will handle it. You do need to know what printer the place you will finally
print it has (and that it will handle it) and you do need to install that
printer as an option and select it. Once you've done this and chosen the
'correct' paper size, all should be well and you can send the file to the
printer for them to print.
