Don't change cell colours when adding or deleting rows?

Hi
I have my spreadsheets set to change the colour of any cells that get
their info changed or updated to blue

However, if I delete or add rows their colour changes too and I then
have to format the patterns of these cells to remove the colouring,
which in the case of deleting a row, colours the row which takes its
place.

Anyone know if there anyway NOT to change the cell colours when adding
or deleting rows please?

Seems to me you will need to either set the formatting when you add and
delete rows/cells or create a Macro to perform that function.
