Default Header?

I have a spreadsheet that's expanded to two pages. Right now, I just have it
set up to print page 1 of 2 and page 2 of 2 and that's in a footer. I don't
have much experience with headers and footers. There's about a 6-line title
and column headings that I'd like to show on page 2 but I don't know how to
put that much information into a header. The only way I can think of right
now is to put a hard page break in and then copy and paste that information
into page 2. Any other suggestions?

No need to use Header. Instead....

In page setup (file, setup), select "sheet", select rows to print title,
rows to repeat at top (use the icon to go back to sheet and highlight rows
you want repeated on every page

Wonderful! I had no idea it was so easy - I'm sure I'll use that again.
