Excel to Word
I'm not sure this is the best Newsgroup to use but here goes.
I have a large Excel spredsheet (1000+rows) it breaks down a type of question air. For example A1 = 1.1 B2 = 1.1.1 B3 = Comments/question etc.. I want to export this sheet into word and maintain the look of the form, but not with tables. How can I do this? |
Excel to Word
Hi
In office 2003! Highlight and copy cells in Excel, Paste into Word, you should now see on the button right hand corner of the text you pasted a symbol, if you mouse over its called paste options. Left click the symbol then select the radial button "keep text only" Grid lines will disappear! Hope thats what you was after, not sure if this works in earlier versions of word. -- This post was created using recycled electrons!
