Need secondary axis scaling to be inline with primary
 
Have primary axis scaling in hours, have secondary scale showing $. They are
not very proportionate and both have negatives, but need the zero indicator
on both to be in line since the chart is a bar chart. Is this possible
without adjusting the scale by hand to make them line up?
