Hold down the Alt key while creating, moving, or resizing the control and
the edges of the control will stick to the cell boundaries. Right click on
the control, choose Format, and on the Properties tab, choose Move and Size
with Cells.

Ok with the Alt key, but when I right-click on control property, the "Move
and Size
with Cells" box is still uncheckable.

The Forms toolbar controls do not all enable the Move and Size With Cells
property. The Controls Toolbox ones do. You can switch to the Controls
Toolbox type of control, or live with the limitations of the simpler
control.
