detecting proxy settings
 

I am trying to use the web querey, but when the pop-up box comes up the
webpage never loads. on the bottom of the page it only says detecting proxy
settings. i am on an lan network i believe and i have messed with its
settings trying to get excel to work. any help would be appreciated. thanks.
