how do i become a professional developer where people would pay for my
service or ask me for my help ?

Do you have a recognised qualification in either? If not, you could do one
of the Microsoft exams. Goto
http://www.microsoft.com/learning/mcp/default.mspx for info. Then check the
wanted ads and apply for a job.
