Filter Reference
 

When I filter a column of many names how can I referance the results in
another cell below all the names?
Actually the list is 2400 names long, once filtered it show the name 12
times one for each months. I have a presentation spreadsheet below the list
of names and I would like the filtered name to be listed in the
presentation. How can I reference a cell based on a filtered result?
