I downloaded the inventory sheet and there is a feature which I cannot seem
to duplicate.

The first two rows appear to be frozen. The data can be scrolled without
the top two lines moving. How do I set this up for other spreadsheets?

If you want to freeze the top 2 rows, select A3, click on Window, the Freeze
Panes.
If you also want to freeze Column A, to be visible when you scroll right,
select B3 in stead

Select A1 (so you can see rows 1 and 2)
Select A3
Window|freeze panes.

Everything above A3 will be frozen.

If you had selected B3, then everything above B3 would be frozen and everything
to the left of B3 (column A) would be frozen.

And if you have data|Filter applied, show all first--else you may be freezing in
the wrong cell.

And window|Unfreeze Panes
to get rid of it.

Goto Tools ~ Options ~ General Tab. Verify that the "At Startu[p..." field is
empty.
