milestones in Excel 2000
 

Is it possible to create milestones in Excel 2000 without using visual basic?
And if so, how?

A milestone is a significant event, which is usually monitored in project
speak. As such, it doesn't exist in Excel, but if we knew what you want to
do with the milestones, there will probably be a way. But the more complex
it is, the more likely it will need VBA.
