Using Subtotal field of a pivot table in a calculation
Hi
I was wondering is it possible to use the subtotal that is generated in a pivot table as part of a calculated field/item? Thanks Ailish |

No, you can't refer to the subtotal amounts in a calculated field or
calculated item. If you describe what you're trying to calculate, someone may be able to help with a formula outside the pivot table, or a way to accomplish it in the pivot table. Using Subtotal field of a pivot table in a calculation
Hi Debra
Thanks a million, I have the calculation in the main database and it is working fine. I just wanted to check I wasn't missing something in the pivot table. Thanks again.
