I have the following table and I want to sort the rows by state, zip,
city, au_lanme, au_fname, phone, address, contract Using excel sort I can only sort on stae, zip and city. How to include au-Name and the rest? you can sort by the 3 most minor, then sort by the 3 major fields. That'll be 2 different data|sorts.
