Move only around selected cells??

I wish to create various excel sheets where the user can only move between
various cells ignoring all the others using the tab key.

for instance the first cell is A2 then when you tab it moves to C5 and all
inbetween are all locked. Is this only done by making some form (which looks
complex to me atm) or is there a very simple way of doing this?

have the cells you wnat the users to use as unlocked, lock all the other
cells and then use tools/protection and protect the locked cells

Just in case you need it, you lock and unlock cells via format
cellsprotection tab.
