Default Conditional Format in '07

In the previous versions of Excel I could manipulate the conditional format
to highlight an entire row of information with a color.
(The conditional formula would look for a value in a cell and then engage or
not depending on that value. When engaged it would highlight the entire row
instead of just one cell).
Can I manipulate the conditional formulas in '07 to perform the same action
or is it limited to highlighting just the cell the formula is located on?

Murph

You still have this. Highlight the entire row, select New Rule... from the
dropdown and then use the last option to use a formula to format the cells

I highlighted $2:$2 (Whole of row two) and then entered a formula of
=$A$110 and set the format to a red fill. If I type a value greater than
10 in A1 then the whole of the second row turns red
