Prints too many pages
Hi,
I have a spreadsheet with a header. I have it set to print only pages that have text. Even though only 1 page has text it prints 2 pages (the 2nd page just has the header). How can I prevent it from printing the extra page? Thanks, Mickey |

GotoviewPage break Preview, Drag the blue lines to the area you want to print. Or gotoFileprint areaclear print area, then select what you want to print and go back and "set print area". Even if I delete the header 2 pages print. What am I doing wrong?

I already have it set up that way. Any other suggestions? Thanks

Do you have contents in your last column that overflow from that column to
subsequent columns? You could try turning on wordwrap for the last column (or setting it to align from the right, not from the left). -- David Biddulph "Mickey" wrote in message ...
