How do I insert a Sub total at every page break?

Excel 2003:
I have a long list of figures that I want to sub-total at the bottom of each
page that is printed and then a grand total at the end.
The sub-totals are not always in the same place, so I cannot create static
ones, as there is data continuously inserted at random rows.

if you pagebreaks are at changes in data values, then try using the
Data=subtotals command.

If you just want a subtotal based on the fact the page breaks, then there is
not built in support for it. You would need to do it manually (perhaps in
page break preview mode under the view menu) or write a fairly sophisticated
macro.
