Multiple Excel/MSQuery install
 

Hi All......
I have three versions of Excel on this computer.....97, 2000, and 2002. I
noticed the other day that my MSQuery was not working in 97 and 2000, but
worked fine in 2002. MIS came and tried to "install" it in both but it was
already "installed"....and so he tried to "register" it, but to no avail. He
found that by uninstalling 97 completely and re-installing with MSQuery the
install would "take" and worked fine. BUT, when he then did the same with
2000, ie uninstall and re-install with MSQuery, the MSQuery part did not
take, and worse yet, it actually inactivated the MSQuery in 97.....bummer
there. Anybody know what's happening?........or if it's at all possible to
have MSQuery active in all three versions of Excel?
