Hi all,
How can i disable users to edit certain cells on the sheet and to display a
certain message whenever users fails to edit these cells ??

Change the cell to locked & any cell you want the user to alter to unlocked
and then protect the sheet under the tool - protection menu

Seems like this is a contradiction.

You want to disable users to edit certain cells but display a message if they
fail to edit these cells.

See help on cell locking and unlocking and Sheet Protection.
